We are committed to providing a luxury, personalized nail experience. To ensure the best service for every guest, please review the following policies: • Please arrive on time. A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled (subject to availability). • A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at booking to secure your appointment and is credited toward your service. • 48 hours’ notice required. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee. No-shows are charged 25% of the service total. • Pay online (via our secure platform) or cash only. • Nails must be clean and bare (no polish/enhancements unless from prior work here). Non compliance may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or an additional fee if time allows. • Fills requires at least 7 remaining nails. Otherwise, full set pricing applies. • Complete all forms upon booking. Services are final. Request adjustments within 48 hours.
